Hello
Assessment & Fees
All of our assessments are split into two separate stages designed to provide clarity and individualised care.
As a responsible provider, this approach ensures clients only invest in assessments suitable for their needs, where a diagnosis is a likely outcome.
Stage 1 additionally provides valuable insight for clinicians to tailor any further evaluations.
"We offer competitive, transparent fees that reflect the time, care, and expertise required for comprehensive, NICE compliant assessments."
Our assessments include detailed evaluation, use of gold-standard tools, and thorough reporting. We prioritise accuracy and clinical quality, ensuring sufficient time is taken to reach meaningful and reliable diagnostic outcomes.

Assessment Information
Stage 1: Initial Clinical Screening Assessment (ICSA)
Purpose: Comprehensive screening to determine the presence of conditions like ADHD and/or ASD, alongside other potential explanations for symptoms.
Process:
- You will complete a screening pack that will take around 1 hour.
- A clinical psychologist reviews the pack and meets with you to discuss.
- The Clinical Psychologist will ask further questions and provide you with personalised recommendations, a proposed diagnostic assessment plan and summary report.
It's important to understand that screening cannot provide a definitive diagnostic decision. Instead, it can inform you about the likelihood of a diagnosis, should you proceed with a comprehensive assessment.
Please note that stage 1 is compulsory and it is not possible to directly enter stage 2 even in the event you have had a screening assessment with an alternative provider.
Stage 2: Formal Diagnostic Assessment
Purpose: Provides the full comprehensive assessment to enable a formal diagnostic conclusion. We see all of our clients in person for a significant duration of time.
Process:
- The process of the assessment will vary depending on type and the age of the person being assessed. All assessments align with National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) best practice guidance. All assessments are supplemented with a full rationale and comprehensive report report.
Important Notes About Stage 2
We provide a full quotation for Stage 2 of the diagnostic assessment following completion of Stage 1. This reflects our personalised approach, ensuring that each assessment is tailored to individual need and that clients are not charged for unnecessary components.
We recognise that prospective clients may find it helpful to have an indication of costs in advance. Our fees are competitive with services offering comprehensive, in-person, multidisciplinary assessments aligned with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines.
While some providers may advertise significantly lower fees or brief online assessments, we would encourage individuals to consider the quality and scope of the assessment process. Assessments that do not meet appropriate clinical standards may not be recognised by the NHS or other organisations.
Having delivered private assessments for several years, we are able to state that all of our assessments to date have been recognised by the NHS, government bodies, educational settings, and social care services.
