Provisional Registration is your first step, not a commitment to a full assessment. The form takes around five minutes and does not take payment or book an appointment.

Immediately after registration, our team sends the next steps: the Terms and Conditions and a separate Phase 1 payment link. You can review these before deciding to proceed. Nothing further happens until signed terms and payment are received.

Next, your registration is triaged. Dr Laura Onens, Dr Victoria Crooks or their team reviews whether our service is likely to meet your needs. If we identify needs we are unlikely to be able to support, we let you know and refund your payment in full before any appointment is booked.

After acceptance following triage, you are invited to complete pre-appointment questionnaires and book Phase 1 with a psychologist.

At Phase 1, we explore the next steps together. If a full assessment is felt appropriate, you can choose to proceed to Phase 2. Sometimes we may signpost you or make alternative recommendations. The Phase 1 fee covers the clinical assessment and professional advice, so a completed appointment is not refunded in this event.
